We are excited to invite you to join us virtually for Innovating Ohio: Expanding Opportunities in Manufacturing on November 13, 2024, at 10:30 AM EST.

Hosted by the National Institute for Industry and Career Advancement (NIICA), in collaboration with Manufacturing Works, Process Technology, and Lorain County Joint Vocational School, this virtual panel discussion will explore the critical role of youth apprenticeships and Registered Apprenticeships (RAs) in creating pathways to high-value careers in manufacturing. We will also highlight the importance of expanding opportunities for women in advanced manufacturing.

The panel features experts from across the industry, including Wendy Chun-Hoon, Director of the Women’s Bureau at USDOL. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear insights from industry leaders, educators, and government officials as they discuss strategies for workforce development in Ohio’s manufacturing sector.
