Join the Nanofabrication Grand Opening on April 18!
The multi-user Nanofabrication Lab offers lithography, deposition, etch and metrology to support research and pilot production of semiconductor, photonic and quantum devices. The class 100 cleanroom will support the domestic semiconductor supply chain by fostering nanofabrication and microelectronics research, student learning & workforce development, and innovation & industry collaboration.
