Learn the basics of workplace hazard awareness- plus how to reduce hazards, risks, and accidents- in this workshop that combines real-world case studies, accident investigations, and behavioral observation tools used in high-risk industries.

OSHA 10 & Behavior-Based Safety is designed for personnel across all levels of industrial operations who play a role in workplace safety, culture, or frontline supervision. While technical expertise is not required, this course is intended for participants with moderate field experience and prior exposure to basic safety programs.

October 14th - Day 1: OSHA 10

  • Understanding OSHA Standards & Compliance
  • Recognizing & Avoiding Workplace Hazards
  • Proper Use of PPE
  • Safety Around Tools, Machinery, & Equipment
  • Incident Reporting & Injury Prevention Practices
  • Identifying At-Risk & Safe Workplace Behaviors

October 15th - Day 2: OSHA 10 & Behavior-Based Safety (BBS)

  • Observation & Providing Effective Feedback
  • Visual/Emotional Learning Through Case Studies & Survivor Testimony
  • Application of Hierarchy of Controls & Safety Risk Management
  • Personal Accountability & Leadership in Safety
  • Foundations of a Positive Safety Culture
