The STEM Career and Internship Fair will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 12PM-3PM at the Joe Crowley Student Union Ballrooms.

Deadlines to Keep in Mind

  • Refund Deadline: Wednesday, January 22, 2025 by 5PM PST
  • Last Day for Regular Registration: Wednesday, January 29, 2025 by 5PM PST
  • Final Day to Register: Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST
  • Additional Representatives Deadline: Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST
  • Dietary Concerns Deadline: Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST

  • For-Profit Company: $450
  • Government Sector and Non-Profit Organization: $125
  • UNR Campus Department: $40

The regular registration period ends on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 by 5PM PST. Late registration begins on Thursday, January 30, 2025.

Late Registration Fee

  • For-Profit Company: $525
  • Government Sector and Non-Profit Organization: $150
  • UNR Campus Department: $50

The final day to register for the fair will be Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST.
