- Last Day for Regular Registration: Wednesday, January 29, 2025 by 5PM PST
- Final Day to Register: Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST
- Additional Representatives Deadline: Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST
- Dietary Concerns Deadline: Friday, February 7, 2025 by 5PM PST

- UNR Campus Department: $40
The regular registration period ends on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 by 5PM PST. Late registration begins on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
Late Registration Fee

- Government Sector and Non-Profit Organization: $150
- UNR Campus Department: $50
