The Part-Time and Seasonal Job Fair will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 12PM-3PM at the Joe Crowley Student Union Milt Glick Ballrooms. Do not miss this opportunity to recruit talented and hard-working students at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Regular Registration Fee

The regular registration period ends on Thursday, August 21, 2025 by 5PM PDT. Late registration begins on Friday, August 22.

Late Registration Fee

The final day to register for the fair, pending booth availability, will be Friday, August 29, 2025 by 5PM PDT.

Fair Sponsorship

Your organization can be a Fair Sponsor for an additional fee. As part of this exclusive opportunity, benefits of being a Sponsor include:

Prime table placement at the Part-Time and Seasonal Job Fair (student entrance)
Access to power for fair booth
Your organization's name/logo included on Handshake student email promotions
Your organization's name and logo will be recognized on the Nevada Career Studio's social media accounts
Your organization's name and logo on the Nevada Career Studio website

Being a Fair Sponsor can be selected under "Add-On Items" when registering.

What's Included in General Registration

Attendance for 2 representatives
(1) 3 feet x 6 feet rectangular table with two (2) chairs
(1) 6 feet x 9 feet booth space to contain venue-provided table & chairs
Up to two (2) parking permits
Lunch and refreshments
Table signage with Handshake Fair Booth QR Code Check-In

Additional representatives may be present for an additional fee, but the maximum number of representatives for one table is four. Table sharing or splitting is not premitted.
