CSN Manufacturing Open House

Our journey during Manufacturing Month began with the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) Manufacturing Open House. This event provided a unique opportunity for us to showcase our manufacturing capabilities and learn from others. We were thrilled to connect with students, industry enthusiasts, and our community, sharing our passion for manufacturing and sparking inspiration.

CCSD Advanced Manufacturing Open House

In collaboration with the Clark County School District (CCSD), we participated in the Advanced Manufacturing Open House. It was a chance to engage with the next generation of manufacturers, sharing insights, career prospects, and the exciting potential the manufacturing industry offers to aspiring young minds.

Henderson's Career Fair

The Henderson Career Fair was another key event during Manufacturing Month. It allowed us to reach out to a broader audience, including job seekers and those interested in pursuing careers in manufacturing. We discussed employment opportunities and the pathways available for individuals to join dynamics team seeking to enhance the industry in Nevada.

HACCP Workshop

Manufacturing isn't just about innovation and production; it's also about ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. During Manufacturing Month, we had the privilege of leading a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) workshop, emphasizing the importance of food safety in food manufacturing.

CSN Division of Workforce Open House

Our engagement with the College of Southern Nevada continued with the CSN Division of Workforce Open House. This event was an excellent platform to emphasize the vital role that education plays in shaping the future of manufacturing, and we were honored to be there.

TMCC's Manufacturing Lab Tour

One of the most exciting parts of Manufacturing Month was the Truckee Meadows Community College's Manufacturing Lab Tour. This immersive experience allowed us to witness cutting-edge manufacturing technology in action and learn about the innovative projects taking place in the lab. It was a fantastic opportunity to witness the intersection of education and industry.

Automation Webinar with FANUC Robotics & Verus

Manufacture Nevada hosted an Automation Webinar in collaboration with FANUC Robotics and Verus. This webinar was a deep dive into the world of automation, showcasing the cutting-edge technologies that are revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. We explored the role of robotics in enhancing efficiency, precision, and innovation in manufacturing processes.

Manufacture Nevada Statewide Team Meeting

Our Bi-annual Statewide Team Meeting brought together Manufacture Nevada business advisors and staff from the North and South regions of the state to discuss the trajectory of our impact on manufacturing for years to come. We hosted a luncheon with our partners in the North to better connect and share resources for the betterment of the manufacturing sector.

Celebrating Year-Round Manufacturing

While Manufacturing Month is over, here at Manufacture Nevada we celebrate growth and manufacturing year-round. Manufacturing Month was a time of reflection and celebration across all areas of the state. We were lucky to share our passion with the community, and other organizations pursing similar goals. As we move into November, we continue to have the same drive for Nevada's manufacturing industry. We look forward to another year of growth, innovation, and continued collaboration within the manufacturing community across Nevada.
