Hello! I’m Michael and I’ve dedicated over 25 years to helping businesses in manufacturing, technology, and consumer packaged goods(CPG) thrive.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with both startups and industry giants such as AT&T, ConAgra, Mattel, and Siemens. What really keeps me going is the chance to develop effective strategies, drive innovation in products, optimize processes, and inspire teams to reach their full potential. I've also had the pleasure of collaborating with colleagues and companies across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, which has added a global perspective to my skill set.
