Manufacturing Business Advisor

Hey there, I'm Wayne, and I come armed with two solid decades of supply chain expertise in both international and domestic manufacturing. Before coming to Manufacture Nevada, I had the privilege of leading the supply chain practice at the University of Wisconsin's UWEBC and assisting Wisconsin-based manufacturers in validating their strategies and achieving operational excellence.

My career's taken me on quite an adventure—I've been the Vice President of E-Business and Director of Logistics at Pacific Cycle, managed nine facilities at Parts Now (a global printer parts remanufacturer), helped kickstart Zulily's fulfillment center in Reno, and even ran airborne mining exploration projects globally, including some of Nevada's largest mine sites. I've also had the pleasure of delving into academia, where I developed and taught supply chain curriculum and delivered Purdue University's Green Manufacturing Certification to industry professionals.

Recently, I've been helping Nevada companies learn about the great resources the University of Nevada Reno has to offer the manufacturing community. When it comes to manufacturing, what really ignites my passion is connecting people with each other and the resources they need to succeed. Beyond the work front, you might catch me exploring the Sierra Nevada backcountry and the great trails around Reno/Tahoe on skis, bike and foot.

I'm here to bring my wealth of experience and expertise to your manufacturing endeavors. Let's get connected!
