University of Nevada, Reno STEM Career and Internship Fair

Are you looking to hire University of Nevada, Reno students in STEM majors (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) for part-time positions, internships, or full-time positions? Are you a graduate or professional school interested to promote your advanced STEM degree programs to our students?

The STEM Career and Internship Fair will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 12PM-3PM at the Joe Crowley Student Union Milt Glick Ballrooms.

Connect with University of Nevada, Reno's students from the following colleges who are seeking career, internship, and advanced degree opportunities:

• College of Agriculture, Biotechnology, and Natural Resources
• College of Engineering
• College of Science, including the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering

Regular Registration Fee

The regular registration period ends on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 by 5PM PDT. Late registration begins on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

Late Registration Fee

If applying after the regular registration deadline, late registration fees will occur.

The final day to register for the fair will be Thursday, September 25, 2025 by 5PM PDT.

Fair Sponsorship Opportunity

The Nevada Career Studio invites registered employers to be a fair sponsor. Limited spots are available at each sponsorship level. Sponsorship does NOT waive the fair registration fee.

Blue Sponsorship

• Prime table placement at career fair
• Organization name/logo included on Handshake student email promotions
• Organization logo on Handshake Career Fair Banner
• Organization name on Nevada Career Studio Website
• Organization logo on TV monitor during student check-in at career fair
• Up to 2 representatives can attend the STEM Networking Mixer (Monday, September 29, 2025)

Silver Sponsorship

• All benefits of Blue Sponsorship level
• Access to power for fair booth
• Organization logo at the Nevada Career Studio office with top two positions recruiting for (one week prior and one week after the career fair)
• Up to 4 representatives can attend the STEM Networking Mixer (Monday, September 29, 2025)
• Promotional video provided by employer to be shown during student check-in at career fair

Platinum Sponsorship

• All benefits of Silver Sponsorship level
• Organization formally recognized at the STEM Networking Mixer (Monday, September 29, 2025)
• Branding video made by the Nevada Career Studio Marketing Team to be shown during student check-in at career fair

What's Included in General Registration

• Attendance for 2 representatives
• (1) 3 feet x 6 feet rectangular table with two (2) chairs
• (1) 6 feet x 9 feet booth space to contain venue-provided table & chairs
• Up to two (2) parking permits
• Lunch and refreshments
• Table signage with Handshake Fair Booth QR Code Check-In
• Complimentary attendance for one (1) representative at the STEM Networking Mixer the day before the career fair (Monday, September 29, 2025)

Additional representatives may be added for an additional fee, and the maximum number of representatives for one table is four. Table sharing or splitting is not permitted.
