How Manufacture Nevada Helped EIS Automation Secure $2 Million in Growth Capital

by Manufacture Nevada

Growing a manufacturing business often requires more than innovative products and ambitious goals. It also requires access to the right resources, strategic partnerships, and financial expertise to turn those goals into reality.

That was the case for EIS Automation, a Las Vegas-based manufacturer of modular robotic systems. With support from Manufacture Nevada, the company successfully secured $2 million in growth capital to help fuel its next stage of expansion.

The funding round was led by Stonehenge Capital through the Nevada New Markets Jobs Act (NMJA) Program, with matching funds provided by Nevada Battle Born Growth Escalator, Inc. (NBBGEI), along with investments from accredited investors. The capital will support product development, operational growth, and continued investment in EIS Automation's workforce.

Connecting Manufacturers to the Right Resources

One of Manufacture Nevada's goals is helping manufacturers overcome barriers to growth by connecting them with the expertise and partners they need to succeed.

Recognizing EIS Automation's growth potential, Manufacture Nevada facilitated an engagement with Kasvu Inc., a fractional CFO firm specializing in founder-led manufacturing businesses. Kasvu worked closely with the EIS Automation team to strengthen the company's financial infrastructure, develop a comprehensive use-of-funds strategy, and prepare the financial documentation required to pursue institutional investment.

By combining EIS Automation's strong operational foundation with a clear financial strategy, the company was able to confidently present its growth plan to investors and successfully secure the capital needed to move forward.

Investing in Nevada Manufacturing

This investment represents more than funding. It provides EIS Automation with the resources to expand operations, continue developing innovative robotic automation solutions, and strengthen Nevada's manufacturing economy through future growth and job creation.

As manufacturers continue to navigate changing markets and increasing competition, access to strategic guidance and capital becomes increasingly important. Manufacture Nevada works alongside companies at every stage of growth, helping them identify opportunities, build the right partnerships, and prepare for long-term success.
