Funded by the U.S. Treasury, SBOP provides free and confidental services that assist eligible businessess seeking more affordable access to capital. Unique Pathways to Affordable Access to Capital

• Microloans: Loans up to $250,000 to support your business plans, purchase equipment, expand operations, or add new employees. This program is limited to businesses operating in Nevada, in operation for at least a year, operating with no more than 100 full-time employees, and having annual revenue of less than $5 million.
• Collateral Support: Covers up to 35 percent collateral shortfall for loans of $250,000 or more. This program is limited to Nevada operations with less than 500 full-time employees.
• Loan Participation: Reduces loan costs though a program to purchase 10-30 percent of a loan amounting to $250,000 or more. This program is limited to loans through banks or credit unions for operations in Nevada with less than 500 full-time employees.
• C-PACE: Provides affordable, long-term, fixed-rate commercial real estate financing for owner-occupied Nevada operations.
• Venture Capital: Makes equity and equity-like investments for high growth, high potential Nevada startups.
